Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry muffins are out of this world. They are so delicious and economical that many prefer to make in dozens and preserve for a few days. Blueberry muffin makes the perfect Valentine's Day breakfast. The muffins can be artistically served with other breakfast accompaniments and account for a heavy breakfast.

Blueberries add a dash of color to this baked dish. For many loving couples, blueberry muffins are the way to start a perfect day. This valentine blog is presenting a simple easy to make recipe for these muffins.


Ingredients:

Butter (1/4 cup)
2 eggs
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Sugar (1 cup)
Flour (2 cups)
Baking powder (2 tsp)
Vanilla (1 tsp)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Blueberries (2 cups, preferably fresh)



Method:

Preheat the oven to 350ยบ Fahrenheit.
Grease and flour muffin pan. Beat together butter, eggs, salt, and sugar.
Mix flour and baking powder together and sift into first mixture, alternating with milk.
Blend in the vanilla and add blueberries.
Pour into muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes and serve hot.

The name of chocolate cheesecake itself makes people drool with imagination about the beauty and decoration of the sumptuous chocolate cheesecake. We offer a delicious account of chocolate cheesecakes and their recipes as well meant exclusively for the romantic occasion of valentine day.

8 1/2 ounces chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 large eggs
1 cup grained sugar



3 (8-ounce) packages of, softened cream cheese
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:

Grind chocolate wafer crumbs, in a blender or food processor until fine. Combine 2 tablespoons sugar, and nutmeg; with melted butter and mix well and press evenly all over, of a 9-inch spring form pan. Let it Chill. Combine eggs and 1cup sugar in a mixer bowl and continue beating until it's thick and light. Add softened cream cheese and beat the mixture until smooth. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot water. And let it cool.



Mix the cream cheese mixture with vanilla, salt and sour cream and pour this mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1hour. Cool the pan on a wire rack and let it chill. Whip cream with powdered sugar until its thick. Remove the cake form the pan and spread the prepared mixture over the cheesecake. This cake makes 12 servings.
